interested in speaking with a lender or loan consultant. Lending
Expo is not a lender, student loan originator, auto lessor
or credit card issuer. Lending Expo does not give loans or
make any credit decisions in connection with loans, issue
lending/loan commitments or term/rate lock-in agreements.
Lending Expo is not an agent of either you, the consumer,
or any participating bank, lender or loan broker (we refer
to all of these as "Lenders").
Lending Expo's services are for the sole purpose of making
an online contact request a simple process for consumers.
You should rely on your own judgment in deciding which lender
to explore loan possibilities with, and there is NO obligation
to use any lender contacting you as a result of your online
contact request submitted. Furthermore, Lending Expo in no
way guarantees that submitting an online request will result
in a lender making a loan offer or that you will receive a
loan from a lender. Our service simply helps put you in contact
with a lender to discuss your lending and financial needs.
The loan request you submit is NOT a loan application or an
application for credit. Rather, it is a request for a loan
consultant, affiliate or lender to contact you.. You may have
to complete an application with a Lender before they will
extend an unconditional loan offer. A Lender you select may
require you to pay an application fee to cover the costs of
an appraisal, credit report or other items. The Lender will
determine the amount of any such fees, and should provide
information to you regarding the refundability of any such
fees. Lending Expo does not charge you the consumer, any fees
for its services. Lending Expo receives its compensation from
lenders and affiliates for the services actually provided.
Nothing contained herein shall constitute an offer or promise
for a loan commitment or interest rate lock-in agreement.
Lending Expo (and its network of websites) is an online resource
allowing you to request lending consultants and lenders contact
you to discuss your particular loan and/or financial needs.
You understand and agree that if you submit a request for
a loan product or service, or for a lender to contact you
through our website(s) that Lending Expo will share your information
with certain business partners to process and fulfill your
request. You further agree that our business partners may
contact you by telephone, email or mail based on the information
you have provided to us. You understand that Lending Expo
affiliates and business partners may maintain the information
you submitted whether you elect to use their services or not.
In the event you no longer want to receive communications
from an affiliate of Lending Expo, you agree to notify the
partner directly. You acknowledge that Lending Expo is not
acting as your agent or broker and is not recommending any
particular loan product or lender to you., and you further
acknowledge that Lending Expo does not endorse, warrant, or
guarantee the products or services of any broker or lender
or affiliate.
You certify to Lending Expo that: (i) you are at least eighteen
(18) years of age; (ii) you assume full responsibility for
the use of the Service by any minors; (iii) you agree not
to knowingly submit false information on Lending Expo or its
network of websites and affiliate websites; and, (iv) your
use of the Lending Expo website and network of websites is
subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and
regulations.
Lending Expo may provide, or third parties may provide, links
to other websites. Because Lending Expo has no control over
such websites, you acknowledge and agree that Lending Expo
is not responsible for the availability of such external websites,
and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for
any content, advertising, products, whether loan, auto, or
other materials on or available from such websites. You further
acknowledge and agree that Lending Expo shall not be responsible
or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss
caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use
of or reliance on any such content, products, goods or services
